All artwork ships from Monticello, NY 12701. We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Each artwork is professionally packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
We ship original artwork via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on size and weight.
Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the artwork dimensions.
For customers within New York State, shipping is typically faster (2-5 business days) and more affordable. Local pickup may be available for customers in the Hudson Valley area - please contact us to arrange.
International shipping is available for select artworks. Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an international order. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, including tracking information.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.
Most packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If you won't be available to sign, you may be able to authorize the carrier to leave the package or arrange for pickup at a local facility.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management. If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours, contact us immediately and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
All shipments are insured for their full value at no additional cost to you. In the rare event that your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, the insurance will cover the full purchase price. We will handle all insurance claims on your behalf.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We currently ship to all US states and select international locations. Some very large artworks may require special shipping arrangements. If you have questions about shipping a specific piece, please contact us.
